Pekka Neva joined CAPEX Advisors’ team at the beginning of 2019.

Pekka has previously worked at Inspira Oy and KPMG’s Corporate Finance team as a financial consultant, as a development engineer at the City of Espoo’s Premises department and as an analyst in real estate transactions (Newsec Advice Oy and Tenzing Oy).

Pekka has extensive knowledge and experience in financial modeling. Pekka has acted in a responsible role in dozens of financial modeling assignments. Several of these modeling assignments have included projects with project-specific investment values exceeding 500 million euros.

In addition, Pekka has extensive experience in providing economical and financial advice in Finnish infrastructure construction PPP and life cycle projects, especially in school, social and health service real estate projects. Pekka has played a key role defining common policies for life cycle projects in the building industry. As an example of this, Pekka has worked as a scriptwriter for the preparation of model documents for the Construction Information Foundation’s life cycle projects. In addition, Pekka has strong experience in advising on strategic real estate ownership of public administrations, planning, evaluating and implementing financial arrangements and bidding for contracts and services.

Education:
Master of Science in Engineering, majoring in real estate economics (Aalto-yliopisto 2013)
